Founded
in 1995 to serve
the woodturning needs of the Flathead Valley in Northwest Montana and
beyond.

Turners will be at the NorthWest Montana Fair from Wed. the 13th - Sun.
the 17th!
We
will be making the shavings fly demonstrating everything from bowls to
whistles!
Mission
Statement
The
Associations mission is to
foster a wider understanding and appreciation of lathe-turning as a
traditional and contemporary craft and a form of art among the general
public, hobbyists turners, and professional turners.
This
is accomplished by providing education, information and technical
support relating to woodturning.
Meetings
Glacier
Woodturners Association's meetings are held on the 3rd
Saturday of each month at the Kalispell Middle School on 3 Mile Road in
Kalispell, Montana. The meetings are open to the public and are held
from 9:00 am until noon.
There is coffee and pasteries, and there is an agenda
for each meeting and a specific woodturning topic is covered. See page
